The TradeRoots Coalition's principle goal is to support international trade by promoting free enterprise and individual opportunity to order to sustain America 's competitive economy. The coalition supports the following principles:

• America will continue to be the greatest economic power in the world only so long as we continue to do business with other nations
• In order to succeed, America must be proactive in seeking new markets for American products to be sold.
• Free Trade Agreements are the best way to remove barriers for business and increase our country's natural advantages.
• High wage, highly skilled workers producing high-tech products and services is the key to America 's economic future.
• Because small businesses can not afford to open new markets on their own, the U.S. Government must take the lead on their behalf.
• Once agreements are made, enforcing compliancy is critical and the role of the U.S. Government.

The United States has the world's most advanced technology, highest quality products, and the most productive workers and innovative thinkers.
